I’m laughing that this is an item for purchase on the internet.  It consists of a rewindable badge holder thingy and an electrical box cover, all for the low low price of $12.95.  I’ve got to give credit for trying.  I need to make one, hence why I googled it.  It will be handy when I’m trying to swing a leg over my bike with the tail rack loaded, while parked on soggy/sandy ground.
